Customer Service
Leader who oversees quality control and quality tracking.Our commitment to service as a company initiated the formation of Customer Service Teams. The purpose of the Team is to serve the customer directly at all levels. Each Team is comprised of:
- A Production Representative selected to provide the best "on the floor" understanding of the needs and concerns of a specific customer.
- A Quality Assurance
A Customer Service Specialist to coordinate visits and follow-up. We are eager to understand the specific converting needs of your company. Our customer service team is prepared to visit your plant and talk with your production people. Your machine operator on the floor can often give the most clear picture of needs, concerns or problems. Our machine personnel have the best understanding of our capabilities and adjustments that might be made.
The Customer Service Team concept means we are also pleased to have you visit our facility. The team concept throughout the organization provides a unique work environment. We are proud of our facility and enjoy sharing company accomplishments.
